Which GLP-1 providers actually publish their prices?
We checked all 15 providers against their own websites on Aug 1, 2026. 4 publish enough to know a real monthly cost. 10 publish only part of it, and 1 publishes nothing at all until you start an intake form. For 4 of them, no honest monthly total can be calculated from public information, not because we didn't look, but because the number isn't there.
The most common trick isn't a fake price, it's a true price with something left out. LifeMD advertises $349/mo for the medication; a required membership adds $149/mo, so the real cost is $498/mo.

How we graded this
We visited each provider's own website and recorded what a prospective patient can learn without entering any personal health information. We did not call sales, use a discount code, or complete an intake, the point is what is public.
A “real monthly total” means we could add the ongoing membership or program fee to the ongoing medication price and get a number. Where a provider publishes only a “starting at” figure, or a membership fee with no medication price, we grade it as partial and show what's missing rather than filling the gap ourselves.

Strut Health publish no price at all until you start an intake. A further 10 providers publish only part of the cost, typically a "starting at" medication price with a mandatory membership fee left out, or a membership fee with the medication cost left out.
Why is the advertised GLP-1 price lower than what I actually pay?
The most common reason is a mandatory membership charged separately from the medication. LifeMD, for example, advertises $349/mo for the medication, but a required membership adds $149/mo, making the real cost $498/mo. 7 of the 15 providers we track charge a separate ongoing fee like this. Dose escalation is the second reason: the advertised price is usually the lowest starting dose, and the cost rises as you titrate up.
How do you know these prices are accurate?
Every price is read from the provider's own public pricing page and stored with a link to that page and the date it was read, so you can check any figure yourself. The current dataset covers 30 offers, last verified Aug 1, 2026. We never estimate a price on a provider's behalf, where they publish nothing, we say "not published".
Is a provider that hides its price a bad provider?
Not necessarily, and we don't claim that. Publishing a price is a business decision, not a measure of clinical quality, and some providers withhold pricing because the real cost genuinely depends on insurance. What it does mean is that you can't compare them on cost without giving up your personal health information first, so we record it as a fact and let you weigh it.
